Moray Golf Club is recruiting an Office Assistant to join its office and bookings team.
This role suits someone who enjoys customer contact, is organised, and is confident supporting day to day administration in a busy visitor focused environment.

The role

You will support visitor bookings and general office administration.

You will provide customer service to members and visitors by phone, email, and in person.

You will maintain records and assist with reporting to the General Manager.

You will support the smooth running of the office and booking systems.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient and welcoming service.

Working pattern

This is a full time, permanent role.

Working hours will be confirmed by the employer.

What we are looking for

You will have strong communication and customer service skills.

You will be confident using computers and office systems.

You will be organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.

You will work well as part of a small team.

Previous office or booking experience is helpful but not essential.
