Practice Nurse

Canisbay and Castletown Group Practice is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join their friendly rural team in Caithness.

This is a permanent part time role with hours and working days open for discussion.

You will work across both practice sites along the scenic North Coast 500, supporting a population of around three thousand patients.

You will provide treatment room nursing and contribute to chronic disease management.

You will work independently while being fully supported by a small, welcoming team including GPs, an ANP, a practice nurse and pharmacists.

You will use clinical systems such as Vision, Docman and MS Teams as part of your role.

You will receive ongoing training and development opportunities aligned with your clinical interests.

What you need

Registered with the NMC.

Experience in practice nursing and treatment room skills.

Ability to manage chronic disease areas or willingness to develop these skills.

Confidence working independently within a supportive team.

A full driving licence and use of a car.
