Park’s Motor Group is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead its Chery franchise in Inverness.

This role suits an experienced automotive sales leader who combines commercial drive with a strong focus on customer experience and team development.

The role

You will lead and motivate the sales team, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the franchise.

You will work to agreed targets covering budget, volume, profit, and customer experience metrics.

You will support and develop your team through effective leadership and a proactive management style.

You will work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the business.

Working pattern

This is a full time, permanent role based in Inverness.

What we are looking for

You should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant sales management role.

Strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and knowledge of the motor industry are essential.

You should have a proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets.

Excellent written, numerical, and analytical skills are required.

You should be confident using IT systems, with knowledge of Kerridge considered an advantage.
