Allt Nan Ros is recruiting a Manager to oversee its apartments and high end pods in Onich and Ballachulish.
This role suits an experienced hospitality professional, or a couple working together, who are comfortable managing operations in a Highland tourism setting.
The role
You will manage the day to day operation of five apartments and three high end pods.
You will oversee cleaning and servicing between guest departures and arrivals.
You will check accommodation prior to guest check in.
You will provide support to guests during their stay and respond to online enquiries.
You will be on call to deal with guest issues when required.
You will coordinate maintenance and repairs.
You will manage purchasing and stock replenishment through approved suppliers.
You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational requirements.
You will monitor standards and identify improvements to enhance guest experience and occupancy levels.
You will provide periodic reports to the owner or group manager.
Working pattern
This is a full time management role.
Flexibility is required, including being available for guest related matters when needed.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in tourism or hospitality management is essential.
You must be organised and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations.
You should be confident dealing with guests and handling issues calmly.
You must be able to manage maintenance and operational logistics.
A positive and professional approach is essential.
