Gillies Group is recruiting an Apprentice Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join its team on the Isle of Skye.
This role suits someone motivated to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced engineers.
The role
You will support qualified engineers on domestic and commercial installations.
You will assist with plumbing and heating system repairs and maintenance.
You will learn to install and maintain boilers, pipework and heating systems.
You will develop practical skills on site while completing structured training.
You will follow health and safety standards at all times.
Working pattern
Full time apprenticeship position.
Work based across Skye and surrounding areas.
Training delivered alongside practical site experience.
What we are looking for
You are reliable and willing to learn.
You have a strong interest in plumbing and heating systems.
You are practical and comfortable working with tools.
You are able to work as part of a team.
A driving licence is helpful but not essential at entry stage.
