Forres Mechanics FC is recruiting a Boardroom and Kiosk Supervisor to support hospitality operations on home matchdays at Mosset Park.
This role suits someone organised, reliable, and comfortable supervising people while delivering a good standard of matchday hospitality.
The role
You will be responsible for purchasing, preparing, serving and clearing hot and cold refreshments for half time boardroom and hospitality guests.
You will oversee the operation of the club’s refreshments kiosk and supervise kiosk operators during matchdays.
You will ensure food service areas are prepared, managed and cleaned to a good standard.
You will support smooth hospitality delivery during home fixtures, responding calmly to issues as they arise.
You will act as a point of contact for hospitality and kiosk staff during shifts.
Working pattern
The role is based at Mosset Park in Forres.
Availability is required for all home fixtures.
Most shifts are Saturday afternoons, with occasional Wednesday evening matches.
Each shift is approximately four hours in duration.
What we are looking for
Good organisational skills and the ability to supervise others.
A reliable and practical approach to work.
Confidence working in a public facing hospitality environment.
Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn.
Ability to work matchday hours, including evenings where required.
Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is helpful but not essential.
