Black Croft Coffee is recruiting Café All Rounders to join the team at its brand new café opening soon in the heart of Oban.
This is an opportunity to be part of a new business from day one, helping shape the atmosphere, service, and customer experience as the café launches.
Roles are available on both a full time and part time basis.
The role
As a Café All Rounder, you will support all areas of the café, from preparing food and drinks to serving customers and keeping the space clean, welcoming, and well organised.
You will help create a friendly, relaxed environment for customers, operate kitchen and café equipment with full training provided, and work as part of a close knit team during busy service periods.
The role is varied and hands on, suited to someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in good service.
What we are looking for
No previous café experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Black Croft Coffee is looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a reliable approach to work.
You should enjoy working in a fast paced, social environment and be comfortable working as part of a team.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the use of ovens and kitchen equipment.
What is on offer
Pay starts from £12.50 per hour.
Team members will receive staff discounts on food and drink, training from the outset, and the chance to grow with a new local business as it develops.
Part time hours are typically 16 to 20 per week, with full time hours ranging from 30 to 42 per week.
