The Ceilidh Place is recruiting Cafe Bar and Waiting Staff to join its hospitality team in Ullapool for the 2026 summer season.
This role suits people who enjoy busy service, work well in a team, and take pride in friendly, efficient customer care.

The role

You will work across the cafe bar and restaurant, serving food and drinks to guests.
You will provide a welcoming, attentive service in a fast paced environment.
You will support smooth day to day service during busy periods.
You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in customer areas.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a consistent experience for guests.

Working pattern

Both full time and part time hours are available.
Shifts will vary and include evenings and weekends.
Start date is 1 April 2026.
Short term live in accommodation is available for suitable candidates.
The role is based on site in Ullapool.

What we are looking for

A friendly, helpful approach to customer service.
Willingness to work hard during the busy summer season.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
An interest in food, drink and good service is an advantage.
