Tanera Mòr is recruiting a Chef to join its kitchen team, delivering high quality meals across its island and mainland sites in Achiltibuie.
This fixed term maternity cover role suits a practical, confident chef who enjoys cooking well in a calm, organised kitchen and thrives in a unique Highland setting.
The role
Preparing and serving high quality breakfasts, lunches and dinners for crew and guests.
Working across both island and mainland kitchens.
Helping shape menus and supporting smooth daily service.
Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
Working as part of a close knit and supportive team.
Upholding values around sustainability, hospitality and island living.
Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner.
Working pattern
40 hours per week.
Weekend work required.
Occasional overnight stays on the island.
