The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team serving members and guests.
This role suits a skilled chef who takes pride in seasonal, ingredient led cooking within a professional kitchen environment.

The role

You will run your section confidently during service.
You will prepare and deliver high quality dishes to consistent standards.
You will work with seasonal produce including ingredients grown in the estate gardens.
You will maintain organisation, cleanliness and food safety within your section.
You will support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
You will work closely with the senior team from preparation through to service.

Working pattern

40 hour working week.
No split shifts.
Shifts include evenings and weekends.

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality focused kitchen.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Ability to manage a section efficiently during service.
Professional attitude and willingness to continue developing skills.
