The role
Run a section during service
Carry out food preparation and kitchen organisation
Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and high kitchen standards
Assist with washing up and general duties as required
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Confident running or supporting a section
Reliable and hard working approach
Organised and able to work under pressure
Willingness to support the team across all areas
