The Spotless Cleaning Company is recruiting Cleaning Operatives to join its team based in Cromdale.
This role suits reliable and practical individuals who are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and are available at short notice when required.
The role
Providing cleaning and property care services across client sites.
Supporting holiday cover and busy periods as required.
Working efficiently within time critical schedules.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Attending the Spotless base at the start of the working day unless transport is arranged.
Working pattern
Zero hours contract initially.
Flexible hours depending on business demand.
Based in Cromdale with travel to local properties.
Potential to move into a permanent position following trial period and assessments.
What we are looking for
Previous cleaning or property care experience is preferred but not essential.
Confidence working in a fast paced environment.
A positive and dependable attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full clean driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
