Helping Hand Lossiemouth is recruiting Community Support Workers to join its small and friendly local team.
This role suits someone kind, dependable, and motivated by helping others live well and stay connected in their community.
The role
Providing befriending and companionship to clients in their own homes.
Supporting clients with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
Assisting with shopping trips and everyday errands.
Preparing simple meals where required.
Accompanying clients to appointments, social clubs, outings, and activities.
Offering practical and emotional support to help make each day easier and brighter.
Working pattern
Part time role of 30 hours per week.
Work based in and around the Lossiemouth area.
Flexible working across the week to meet client needs.
What we are looking for
A caring and positive approach to supporting others.
Reliability and good communication skills.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Previous care experience is not required as full training is provided.
