This Customer Service and Sales Assistant role with West Coast Tours offers the chance to work in a busy front line position in the heart of Oban.
This is a customer facing role supporting ticket sales, travel enquiries and visitor experiences across services and island tours.
The role
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to visitors and local customers.
Assist with enquiries relating to tours, bus services and travel options.
Sell tickets and products accurately.
Prepare and issue travel tickets for island tours.
Handle payments and operate booking systems.
Manage customer flow during busy periods.
Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.
Working pattern
Part time hours.
27 hours per week.
Includes weekend working and one weekday shift.

Reliable and flexible approach to working hours.
Previous experience helpful but not essential.
What is on offer
Hourly rate £12.60 rising to £13.45.
