Wyvis House Care Home
Wyvis House Care Home is looking for two Domestic Assistants to join their team in Dingwall on part time permanent contracts.
These roles are for either twenty four or thirty two hours a week, worked over a rolling two week rota with alternate weekends.
You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff, supporting the wider care team in delivering a positive daily experience for everyone in the home.
You will carry out all cleaning duties to a clear schedule and to a high standard, covering any area of the home as required.
You will use cleaning equipment safely, report any faults or defects and keep to the correct products and procedures at all times.
You will maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene in your own work.
You will bring a bright, cheerful and willing attitude to the team and provide good customer service to residents, visitors and colleagues.
You will carry out your duties professionally and be part of a committed group who take pride in creating a safe and happy environment for their residents.
You will be required to undergo a PVG Disclosure Scotland check.
Experience in cleaning within a care home or with hazardous chemicals is helpful but not essential.
Full training will be provided.
The rate of pay is £12.21 an hour with benefits including company pension, health and wellbeing support, discounted or free meals and free on site parking.
Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Dingwall or be prepared to relocate before starting work.
