Scotguard Ltd is looking for a full time Door Supervisor to support venues across Inverness.
You will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring access, checking ID and ensuring venue policies are followed at all times.
You will manage customer flow, support conflict resolution when required and work closely with staff, clients and emergency services to keep the premises running smoothly.
You will remain calm under pressure, read situations quickly and provide confident customer service throughout busy evenings and events.
You must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence and have a solid understanding of security procedures and protocols.
You will need strong communication skills, sound judgement and the physical fitness required to stand for long periods.
Experience in security or supervision is desirable and flexibility for evening, weekend and holiday work is essential.
