Aigas Field Centre is recruiting an Estate Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of its grounds and estate near Beauly.
This role suits someone practical and reliable who takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces and supporting day to day estate operations.

The role
Maintaining lawns, grounds, verges and hedges across the estate.
Supporting daily maintenance tasks including log replenishment and monitoring the biomass boiler.
Assisting with upkeep and repair of estate infrastructure including roads, fences and water supply.
Carrying out basic building maintenance such as painting and plumbing.
Supporting property refurbishment and improvement projects when required.
Processing firewood for use across the estate.

Working pattern
Part time role minimum 4 days per week.
Full time may be considered depending on availability.
Based at Aigas Field Centre near Beauly.

What we are looking for
Practical and hands on approach to maintenance work.
Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Willingness to support a range of estate tasks as required.
Chainsaw certificate preferred but not essential.
