Mingarry Park is recruiting a Front of House and Housekeeping Assistant for the 2026 season at its small family run luxury hotel on the west coast of Scotland.
This role suits someone friendly, reliable and comfortable working across guest facing service and daily housekeeping duties.
The role
Welcoming and looking after guests.
Breakfast service for up to 16 guests.
Daily housekeeping and room cleaning.
Evening dinner service support.
Maintaining high standards in public areas.
Morning shifts typically finish around 1:30pm, with evening shifts starting at 6:00pm, allowing a clear afternoon break.
Breakfast shifts rotate, so mornings are not required every day.
Working pattern
Seasonal role from mid April to 21 October 2026.
Approx. 45 hours per week.
Five days on with two consecutive days off together.
Live in accommodation available at £40 per week including bills and Wi Fi.
Staff meals provided while on shift.

Own transport helpful but not essential.
