Lochmaddy Hotel is recruiting Front of House Team Members to join its female led front of house team, working across both the Lochmaddy Hotel and the Hamersay Hotel.
This role suits friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with the public and take pride in delivering warm, professional service in a busy hospitality environment.
The role
You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive experience from arrival onwards.
You will greet customers, take orders, and handle till transactions accurately and confidently.
You will help coordinate smooth service across the bar and restaurant areas.
You will respond to guest enquiries in a clear and professional manner.
You will maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house environment.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Working pattern
Seasonal and permanent positions are available.
Hours can be discussed to suit business needs and availability.
The role is based across both hotels in North Uist.

Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Confidence dealing with customers face to face.
Ability to work well as part of a small team.
Previous front of house experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
