Bespoke Hotels in Ullapool is looking for a full time General Assistant to support reception, housekeeping and food and drink service across the hotel.

You will welcome guests warmly on arrival, handle check ins and check outs and answer enquiries by phone, email and in person.

You will take payments accurately, manage reservations and cancellations and help guests with information about the hotel, local attractions and transport options.

You will assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, take orders, serve food and drinks and help keep the dining areas clean, organised and welcoming.

You will support stock control, replenish supplies and maintain food hygiene standards.

You will clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, make beds, replenish amenities and help keep linen stocks rotated and organised.

You will report any maintenance issues promptly and maintain good communication with the rest of the team.

You will bring strong customer service, clear communication and a positive attitude to a role where every day is different and teamwork matters.

You will be flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
