The Marine Hotel in Mallaig is recruiting General Assistants to support day to day hotel operations across departments.
This role suits someone reliable, flexible, and happy working in a varied hospitality environment as part of a small local team.
The role
Supporting front of house, bar, and service areas as required.
Assisting with guest requests and day to day hotel operations.
Helping maintain clean, welcoming, and well presented public areas.
Working alongside other departments to support smooth daily service.
Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
Working pattern
Shifts scheduled across the week.
Evening and weekend work required on a rota basis.
Hours can be discussed to suit full time or part time availability.
What we are looking for
A positive and practical approach to work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to support different areas of the hotel as needed.
Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
Training will be provided.
