Hotel Manager

A 10 bedroom boutique hotel in Sleat is looking for a live in Hotel Manager to run daily operations.
This role suits someone hands on who is comfortable taking full responsibility in a small hotel setting.

The role
Manage the day to day running of the hotel
Deliver a high standard of guest experience from arrival to departure
Work across reception, housekeeping, and service as needed
Manage bookings, reservations, and online platforms
Maintain standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout
Handle guest queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Oversee basic maintenance and coordinate contractors when required
Support basic financial tracking and cost control

Working pattern
Flexible hours required
Includes weekend and peak season working

What we are looking for
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self motivated and practical approach
Confidence working in a small team in a remote location
Good administrative and IT skills
