North Kessock Hotel is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support its kitchen team at the hotel restaurant and bar.
This role suits someone reliable who is comfortable working behind the scenes in a busy kitchen environment.
The role
You will wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
You will keep kitchen areas clean and organised throughout service.
You will assist with deliveries and stock movement where required.
You will support chefs with basic preparation tasks when needed.
You will help maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Working pattern
Shifts will include evenings and weekends.
Hours to be agreed depending on availability.
What we are looking for
You are dependable and punctual.
You are comfortable working in a fast moving kitchen environment.
You are willing to work as part of a team.
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
