The Old Forge is recruiting a couple to join its kitchen team for the upcoming season on the Knoydart peninsula.
This opportunity suits two individuals with kitchen and hospitality experience who are looking to work hard and spend a season in one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the Highlands.
The role
One position as Cook or Sous Chef within the kitchen team.
One position as Kitchen Porter supporting daily service.
Preparing and cooking food to a consistent standard.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Working closely with colleagues during busy service periods.
Supporting a professional and friendly kitchen environment.
Working pattern
Full time seasonal roles.
Based on site at The Old Forge in Knoydart.
Accommodation suitable for a couple provided.
What we are looking for
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience.
A positive and dependable attitude.
Willingness to work as part of a small team in a remote location.
Strong work ethic and practical approach.
Right to work in the UK is essential.
