Foyers Lodge is recruiting a Lunch Time Chef to support the launch of its daytime lunch service.
This role suits someone who enjoys cooking well, working calmly, and being part of a small, professional kitchen team.
The role
Preparing and cooking lunch dishes to a consistent standard.
Working with fresh ingredients and a seasonal menu.
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
Working pattern
Daytime hours focused around lunch service.
Regular shifts with no late evenings.
Location based at Foyers Lodge overlooking Loch Ness.
What we are looking for
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
A reliable and organised approach to work.
An interest in good food and presentation.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.
