Mercure Inverness is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the hotel running smoothly for guests and staff.
You will carry out routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, troubleshoot faults, and help ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are kept in good condition.
The role involves basic repair work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, as well as working with contractors and other departments to keep everything safe, tidy, and functioning.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and calm customer service are essential as you will be dealing with guests as well as colleagues.
Some experience in maintenance or building repair is preferred and confidence with basic tools, safety procedures, and digital maintenance systems will help you settle into the role quickly.
