This Marketing Manager role at Atholl Estates offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing across a large and diverse Highland estate.
This is a senior role combining strategy and delivery, focused on driving engagement, increasing visitor numbers and supporting revenue growth across multiple business areas.

The role
Lead all marketing activity across the estate including tourism, accommodation and events.
Develop and deliver marketing strategy to drive awareness, bookings and revenue.
Manage digital content including website, social media and campaigns.
Oversee budgets, planning and performance reporting.
Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and stakeholders.
Manage and support a Marketing Assistant.

Working pattern
Full time role.
Based at Blair Castle, Blair Atholl.

What we are looking for
Proven experience in a marketing management role.
Strong strategic thinking alongside hands on delivery.
Experience in digital marketing, content and campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience within tourism or hospitality sectors is beneficial.
