Perle Hotels is recruiting a Night Porter Receptionist to support its Portree properties including Bosville Hotel, Marmalade Hotel and Bracken Hide.

This role suits someone calm, responsible and guest focused who is comfortable working independently overnight and maintaining high standards of service and security.

The role

Overseeing the hotel during overnight hours.
Providing a professional and friendly service to late arrivals and in house guests.
Handling reception duties including check ins, guest queries and basic administration.
Ensuring the building is secure and prepared for the following day’s operation.
Carrying out light cleaning, set up and preparation tasks as required.

Working pattern

Seasonal full time position.
Night shifts on a rota basis.

What we are looking for

A reliable and trustworthy individual.
Confident communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility when senior management are off site.
Previous hospitality or reception experience is beneficial but not essential.
A professional and well presented manner.
