Specsavers is opening a brand new store in Fort William in March 2026 and is recruiting an Optometrist to join the team from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new store launch, with a strong focus on professional development, career progression, and long term growth.
The role is open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are committed to delivering high quality eyecare and want to build their career within a well supported environment
The role
Providing high quality, patient focused eyecare.
Working within a brand new two test room store, expanding to four test rooms over time.
Delivering clinical excellence while supporting a positive and collaborative team culture.
Working full time, including weekend working as required.
Contributing to the growth and success of a new Specsavers store from launch.
What we are looking for
Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.
A confident and professional approach to patient care.
Strong work ethic and commitment to clinical standards.
Willingness to contribute to team development and store growth.
Motivation to succeed in a new store environment.
