Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Payroll Officer to join its established finance team in Inverness.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role based in the office and focused on delivering accurate and timely payroll support across the organisation.
You will be responsible for processing a high volume of weekly payrolls, producing payslips and reports, supporting nursing homes across the UK with payroll queries and ensuring that local administrators are entering data correctly into internal systems.
You will also assist with monthly control account reconciliations and year end requirements.
Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A background in accounts and strong Excel skills will be useful, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and a high level of accuracy.
