As this role includes lone working and the unsupervised sale of alcohol, it is a requirement that you are age 18 or over.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
- Experience in merchandising
- Proficient in English with basic math skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilise strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrate time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive shopping environment.
