M & D Green Pharmacy is recruiting a Pharmacist Manager to lead its independent community pharmacy in Oban.
This role suits a qualified pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is motivated to deliver high quality patient care while managing and developing a pharmacy team.
The role
Providing pharmaceutical care, dispensing, and patient services.
Ensuring medicines and healthcare advice are accessible to patients.
Leading, motivating, training, and developing pharmacy support staff.
Building working relationships with GP surgeries and Primary Care Networks.
Ensuring NHS payment claims are accurate and compliant.
Maintaining clinical governance and adhering to GPhC guidelines.
Working pattern
Full time role.
Based at the Oban pharmacy location.
What we are looking for
MPharm degree or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
A positive and proactive leadership approach.
Strong organisational and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a community pharmacy setting.
