MKM Inverness is looking for a confident and organised Plumbing and Heating Sales Advisor to help drive this part of the business forward.
You will work with customers face to face and over the phone, provide quotations, offer sound product advice, and take a proactive approach to growing sales across our full plumbing and heating range.
You will support the team by managing stock levels, purchasing materials, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
A good telephone manner and a calm approach under pressure are essential.
Product knowledge within plumbing and heating is preferred and previous experience in a builders merchant or plumbing merchant environment is a clear advantage.
