The Western Isles Hotel in Tobermory is recruiting a receptionist to support the day to day running of the hotel front desk and guest experience.
This role suits someone organised, calm, and comfortable dealing with guests face to face and over the phone in a busy but friendly hotel environment.
The role
You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel.
You will handle check ins and check outs, manage bookings, and respond to guest enquiries.
You will work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure guests have a smooth and welcoming stay.
You will handle payments, emails, and general reception administration.
Working pattern
Full time or part time hours available.
Shifts will include some evenings and weekends.
Live in accommodation is available if required.
What we are looking for
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Basic computer confidence for bookings and email.
Previous reception or customer facing experience is helpful but not essential.
A reliable and organised approach to work.
