Ness Walk Hotel in Inverness is recruiting a Receptionist to join its front of house team at a five star luxury hotel setting.
This role suits someone professional, personable, and organised who enjoys delivering a calm and welcoming first impression for guests.
The role
Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures.
Handling reservations, enquiries, and guest requests in person and by phone.
Providing clear and friendly information about the hotel and local area.
Managing front desk systems accurately and efficiently.
Supporting guests throughout their stay to ensure a high quality experience.
Working closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
Working pattern
Full time and part time hours available.
Early and late shifts on a rota basis.
Weekend working required.
Live out position.
What we are looking for
A confident and professional manner with guests.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous reception or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
Training will be provided.
