The Dunvegan is recruiting a Restaurant Manager to help lead the next stage of its hospitality journey on the Isle of Skye.
This role suits an experienced hospitality professional who values sustainability, teamwork, and hands on leadership within a values led business.

The role

Leading day to day restaurant operations.
Working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee service and team performance.
Supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards.
Managing bookings, guest experience, and service delivery.
Ensuring smooth coordination between front of house and kitchen.
Contributing ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and guest experience.
Supporting a business that places sustainability at the centre of decision making.

Working pattern

Full time permanent role.
Two days off per week.
Based on site at The Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye.
Accommodation available if required.

What we are looking for

Minimum three years experience in hospitality.
Strong attention to detail.
A practical, hands on approach to leadership.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
Interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible hospitality.
Confidence managing service in a busy restaurant environment.
