Lidl is recruiting a Retail Shift Manager to join its store team at Camanachd Crescent in Fort William on a permanent, full time basis.
This is a hands on leadership role in a fast paced retail environment, supporting store operations and leading teams to deliver high standards every day.
The role
As a Retail Shift Manager, you will motivate and support your team, helping them succeed during busy shifts.
You will take responsibility for the shop floor in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
You will manage store operations including stock control, freshness, cash handling, and inventory to ensure shifts run smoothly.
You will solve problems quickly, delegate tasks effectively, and keep standards high across the store.
You will ensure customers receive a positive experience every time they visit.

Contract and pay
Permanent, full time role.
40 hours per week, various shifts.
Hourly pay £14.95 to £15.45 per hour.
Additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays.
Additional £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
Location Fort William, PH33 6XZ.
