Caithness Rugby Football Club is recruiting a Rugby Development Officer to lead and grow rugby participation across Caithness.
This role will work across the club, local schools and community programmes to strengthen long term player pathways.
The role
You will lead and deliver rugby development programmes across club and school settings.
You will work in partnership with Scottish Rugby.
You will support the development of coaches and volunteers.
You will grow participation levels and strengthen progression pathways.
You will contribute to the club’s long term strategy and sustainability.
Working pattern
This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week with flexible working arrangements.
The role is based at Caithness Rugby Football Club, Millbank, Thurso.
The contract runs until 31 May 2028 in line with the Scottish Rugby funding cycle.
What we are looking for
Experience in rugby coaching or sports development.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a club structure.
A proactive approach to community engagement.
What is on offer
£24,000 to £27,000 depending on experience.
