Rogerson Shoes is looking for a part time Sales Assistant to join their Inverness store and support a long established family business that has been serving customers across Scotland since 1905.
You will be part of a friendly and upbeat team that takes pride in creating a welcoming shop environment where customers enjoy the experience as much as the footwear.
You will help customers find the right products, offer advice with confidence and deliver the high standard of customer service Rogerson Shoes is known for.
You will support daily shop floor duties, help maintain displays, work in the stockroom when required and carry out basic administration to keep the store running smoothly.
You will work up to four and a half hours on a Friday afternoon with flexibility to take on additional hours when needed.
You do not need retail experience for this role.
The company is looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Full training is provided and you will be supported to shine in the role and become a valued part of the Inverness team.
The hourly rate is £12.25 for those aged twenty one and above and £10.35 for those aged sixteen to twenty.
Staff receive a uniform, twenty eight days holiday pro rata and a generous discount on products.
You must be able to commute reliably to the store at IV2 3PP or plan to relocate before starting work.
