Jacobite Loch Ness Cruises is recruiting Seasonal Boat Crew to join its team operating cruises from Dochgarroch Lock.
This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with visitors and being part of a structured marine operation during the busy summer season.
The role
You will assist with boarding and disembarking passengers safely.
You will support the skipper and onboard team during daily sailings.
You will help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vessel.
You will provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors.
You will follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Working pattern
Seasonal contract running from March to October 2026.
Full time and part time contracts available.
Shifts will include weekends and peak tourist periods.
Based at Dochgarroch Lock on Loch Ness.
What we are looking for
You are confident speaking to members of the public.
You are reliable and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
You are able to work as part of a team in a safety focused environment.
Previous marine or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
