Highland Hospice is recruiting a Shop Manager for its boutique charity shop in Beauly.
This role suits someone organised and people focused who can lead volunteers and maximise the shop’s trading potential.
The role
You will manage the day to day operation of the shop.
You will lead and support volunteers to ensure effective running of the store.
You will ensure high standards of customer care at all times.
You will oversee sorting, steaming and pricing of incoming stock.
You will maintain strong shop floor presentation through layout and window display.
You will work towards maximising income for Highland Hospice services.
Working pattern
This is a 30 hour per week part time role.
The position is based in Beauly.

A creative and organised approach is important.
Previous retail or supervisory experience is desirable.
