Coulmore Bay Holiday Park is recruiting a Site Maintenance Worker to join its small family run team based five miles outside Inverness on the Black Isle for the 2026 season.
This role suits someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor setting, helping keep a busy holiday park running smoothly for guests.
The role
Carrying out grass cutting, strimming, and general grounds maintenance.
Undertaking basic repairs and general upkeep across the park.
Supporting the overall presentation and safety of the site.
Assisting with day to day maintenance tasks as required.
Working pattern
28 to 35 hours per week.
Seasonal position starting March to April.
Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
What we are looking for
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Good communication skills.
Practical skills suited to general maintenance and repair work.
A driving licence would be useful.
