The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting full time Support Practitioners to provide person centred support to individuals in their own homes.
This role suits someone compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a positive difference, with full training provided.

The role

Supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in daily life.
Assisting with personal care, medication, and finances where required.
Supporting meal planning, cooking, housework, and maintaining a safe home environment.
Encouraging independence and supporting people to take part in hobbies, social activities, and community life.
Working with individuals who may present challenging behaviour or require higher levels of support.

Working pattern

Full time hours.
Shift based working across the week.
Roles based in local communities across the Highlands.
Paid travel during shifts, with mileage allowance where applicable.

What we are looking for

An empathetic and caring nature.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence using basic IT systems.
Good organisational and observation skills.
A UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
No previous care experience required.
