Asda is recruiting a Team Leader to support the day to day running of a store department in Elgin.
This role suits someone with retail or customer facing experience who is confident supporting others, taking responsibility, and keeping things running smoothly on the shop floor.
The role
You will support the management team with the daily operation of your department.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, supporting colleagues and maintaining service standards.
You will help manage stock, workflows, and priorities during your shift.
You will support new starters and help colleagues develop confidence in their roles.
You will recognise and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring customers receive a consistent experience.
You will help keep the team motivated, organised, and focused on delivering good service.
Working pattern
This is a full time, permanent role based in Elgin.
The role is worked on night shifts.
Flexibility is required, including weekends.
