Capaldis Café and Ice Cream Parlour is recruiting a Team Leader for its new opening in Dornoch.
This role suits someone experienced in hospitality who is confident running shifts and supporting a small team.
The role
You will lead shifts and oversee daily service.
You will support and guide front of house staff.
You will help manage stock and ensure standards are maintained.
You will handle customer queries and resolve issues calmly.
You will work closely with the owners during the launch phase.
Working pattern
Shifts will include weekends and busy seasonal periods.
Exact hours to be agreed.
What we are looking for
You have previous hospitality or supervisory experience.
You are organised and confident under pressure.
You are reliable and comfortable taking responsibility.
