The role
Lead shifts and support the team during service.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Assist with the organisation and flow of busy shifts.
Support management and step in when required.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance across the bar.
Working pattern
Full time hours.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
Confidence leading or supporting a team.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Positive and reliable approach.
