This role is suited to someone who is self motivated, people focused, and eager to learn. From the first conversation to handing over the keys, you will support customers throughout their journey, building trust, rapport, and lasting relationships.

The role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be involved in every stage of the customer experience, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that leaves customers feeling confident and satisfied.

You will take part in Park’s bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Programme, receiving full manufacturer product training and accreditation, along with ongoing coaching and support to help you develop your skills and progress your career.

You will be driven to succeed, enthusiastic, and organised, with a professional approach to your work. Strong communication skills and the ability to build natural rapport with customers are essential, along with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

You should be comfortable using modern technology and sales tools, able to work effectively as part of a team, and confident communicating both verbally and in writing. A full, clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months is required.
