The Marine Hotel in Mallaig is recruiting Waiting Staff to join its front of house team.
This role suits friendly and reliable people who enjoy working with customers in a busy hospitality environment, including younger applicants looking for their first job.
The role
Serving food to guests in dining and service areas.
Taking orders and providing friendly, attentive service.
Clearing tables and maintaining clean, well presented service areas.
Working as part of a team to support smooth daily service.
Working pattern
Shifts scheduled across the week.
Evening and weekend work required on a rota basis.
Hours can be discussed to suit full time or part time availability.
What we are looking for
A positive and approachable manner.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and follow service standards.
No previous experience required.
Training will be provided.
