M&H Carriers is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for its Inverness depot following an increase in parcel volumes.
This is a full time permanent role offering forty seven and a half hours each week, Monday to Friday, with various shifts and overtime available.
You will be part of a busy and established operation that keeps goods moving across the Highlands.
The depot needs people who are highly motivated, reliable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and good customer service.
Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading vehicles, checking freight manifests, accurate scanning of freight and manual handling.
You will also be expected to maintain good housekeeping standards in the depot and follow safe working practices at all times.
Forklift driving is part of the role.
A current forklift licence is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided if required.
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not mandatory.
The position is paid monthly at a rate of £12.50 per hour.
Employment is dependent on submitting a Basic DBS disclosure within the first three weeks of your start date.
If you do not currently have one, you can apply for a £25 check which will be refunded once you successfully complete probation.
