HIS Fort William Construction and Fencing is recruiting a Yards Person to join its team in Fort William.
This role suits someone practical and reliable who enjoys hands on work in a busy yard environment as part of a strong, established team.
The role
You will support the day to day running of the yard.
You will handle materials safely and efficiently.
You will assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
You will help maintain an organised and tidy yard environment.
You will work closely with colleagues to support site and delivery operations.
You will follow safe manual handling practices at all times.
Working pattern
This is a full time, permanent position.
The role is based in Fort William.
What we are looking for
A practical, hands on approach to work.
Good awareness of manual handling and site safety.
Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
Forklift experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
